Terms & Conditions: Professional 3D Scanning Services

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the 3D model link. Access to the "Active Space" and high-res snapshots will be released once proof of payment is received.

We understand that real estate is fast-moving. However, as a high-precision service, our time is our inventory.

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will incur a R750 cancellation fee to cover lost administrative and scheduling costs.
No-Show / Lack of Access: If the technician arrives at the property and cannot gain access within 20 minutes, the shoot will be cancelled, and the full base package fee will be billed.

Hermanus weather can be unpredictable. We prioritize the quality of your 3D Digital Twin.

Exterior Integrity: If heavy rain, gale-force winds (over 40km/h), or dense sea mist prevent a high-quality outdoor scan, the client may reschedule the entire shoot for free to the next available opening.
Interior-Only Option: Alternatively, the technician can complete the interior scan as scheduled, and return for a "View & Garden Supplement" scan at a discounted rate of R650 once the weather clears.

The "Ready" Rule: The property must be 100% ready (refer to the Property Prep Checklist) upon the technician’s arrival.
On-Site Delays: If the technician is required to assist with cleaning, moving furniture, or waiting for staging, a fee of R450 per 30-minute increment will be added to the final invoice.
Post-Scan Changes: Once a scan is completed, any requests to "re-scan" a room because an item was left in the shot or a bed wasn't made will be billed as a new site visit.

Included Hosting: Your package includes 6 months of active hosting on the Matterport Cloud.
Expiry: We will notify you 30 days prior to expiry. If not extended, the space will be archived.
Reactivation: To un-archive a space, a R350 admin fee applies plus the new hosting term.
Usage: Mapp3d Western Cape retains the right to use the 3D model and photos for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a formal NDA is signed prior to the shoot.
